Itinerary of Annapurna Base Camp
Day 1 Arrival and transfer to Hotel
International arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuwan Airport and transfer to hotel for a rest and some leisure time.
Day 2 City tour at kathmandu and trip preparation
This day is devoted to a full-day cultural tour of the Kathmandu Valley, visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swayambhunath. There will be a trek briefing and final preparations in the evening.
Day 3 Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m): 6 hrs drive.
You will drive to the scenic city of Pokhara, which has an altitude of 910 meters, after breakfast. It is approximately 6 hours and scenic, covering countryside, rivers, and hills.
Day 4 Pokhara to Ghorepani (2850m): About 6 hrs trek.
The trekking tour begins with a drive from Pokhara followed by trek to Ghorepani (2,850m). The route passes through forests, stone steps, and scenic Gurung villages in around 6 hours.
Day 5 Hike up to Poon Hill (3210m) - Tadapani (2610m): About 7 hrs.
Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) to see the breathtaking sunrise view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The subsequent trek goes on to Tadapani (2,610m) and takes about 7 hours in total.
Day 6 Trek To Sinuwa (2360m): About 7 hrs.
Follow up with a picturesque trek to Sinuwa (2,360m), descending and ascending through the forested trails and typical villages, taking about 7 hours.
Day 7 Trek To Deurali (3230m): 4-5 hrs
Today‘s trek is up higher to Deurali (3,230m) via the bamboo forests and Himalaya Hotel area. The trek is approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Day 8 Trek To Annapurna Base Camp (4130m): 5-6 hrs
Perhaps one of the trip’s best days, you will trek up to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m), passing through Machapuchare Base Camp (MBC) with stunning alpine scenery. The trek is approximately 5 to 6 hours.
Day 9 Trek Back To Dovan (2580m): 4 hrs
After the breathtaking views at ABC, you will begin your descent and descend to Dovan (2,580m), which will take approximately 4 hours.
Day 10 Trek to Jhinu Dada (1760m): 5-6 hrs
The trek is down to Jhinu Danda (1,760m), famous for its hot springs where you can bathe and unwind. The trek will take approximately 5 to 6 hours.
Day 11 Trek To Samrong- Drive To Pokhara:about 2 hrs Trek, 2 hour drive.
From Jhinu Danda, it’s a 2-hour trek to Samrong, from where a vehicle will be ready to return you to Pokhara. The drive lasts for approximately 2 hours.
Day 12 Pokhara to Kathmandu (1337m): 6 hrs drive (or 30 min flight).
You will return to Kathmandu either by a scenic 6-hour drive or a quick 30-minute flight, as you choose.
Day 13 Departure
your sweet journey ends with a farewell and airport transfer for your further journey.
